		<description>Hire more geeks at Microsoft.  Nothing works.  I have a structure that is totally different and nothing will ever work.  Always goes back to Aero no matter what you do.  

I'm a software architect and I have never seen a system where changing an image plus few scripts is so complicated and broken.</description>
