Hey, can you help me out please?

I installed this a while ago, but all of a sudden today while I was on my computer everything just changed as if I didn't install VistaGlazz... Went back and the shields were gray, I went to the first one and patched the files and restarted... then when I opened it after restart it was still grey; then went to the next one to see if it'd work, still didn't work, instead it gave me that error that most people got, I went and deleted the file. Then when it worked it ruined my computer to windows classic, luckily I found some files to restore Aero back.

Help?
Thanks.

It’s possible to install non Microsoft themes after the first patch step. We haven’t got a UI for it yet. You might want to have a look at DeskHack. It patches the style selection list.

When I tried to patch the DLL files the shield went red. So I repeated the process, and it was still red. The Aero patched fine. Now I'm stuck in Windows Classic, and cannot even open Themes due to a rundll error, and can't unpatch the DLL's. I'm running Vista SP1.

I've tried to patch the dll and style files with VistaGlazz using Vista SP1 RC1 -- windows will not load correctly. Various host processes won't start, the main toolbar and start button aren't there, the desktop won't load, and I have to Cntl+Alt+Del to get access to the computer files through running the task bar.

For support please open a topic at the forum. That's easier :)

If all is patched well you should keep transparency when you windows are maximized. Be sure that your system is Aero capable and has Aero enabled (check the system requirements in the VistaGlazz section).

The program is for Windows Vista 32bit/64bit versions supporting Windows Aero only.

Please check the System requirements page in the VistaGlazz section, if your system fits the requirements.
