Yvo was away on holiday and I have been busy working on a major software release at work. Yvo will be back somewhere this morning and my software was released yesterday. What does this all mean? Well, we’ll be here to finally reply to some forum posts and blog comments. I’m leaving in a few minutes on a small family trip, but will be back in the afternoon, Yvo might want to grab some sleep first (he’s been flying through the night), but you can expect to see some replies today.
Yvo is currently working, or rather, he was before he left, on the setup of the new VistaGlazz. I’ll be working on the problems some of you guys apparently had.

First problem:
“Vistaglazz cannot be installed on systems with .NET framework version smaller than 3.0″
BUT I’M RUNNING SERVICE PACK 1! How can I NOT have .NET version 3.0??
Second Problem:
“VistaGlazzBeta3 has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem.”
A VERY NICE JOB THAT U MAKE. NO INSTALATION. NO BUGS. BUT JUST ONE MISTAKE: IN THE MAXIMIZED WINDOW’S, IF U LOOK TO THE UP LEFT CORNER SCREEN’S WHEN THE MOUSE POINTER IS ON A FILE, U WILL SEE A REFLEXIVE LIGHTS. DO U CAN FIXED IT? WINDOWS VISTA ULTIMATE SP1 32 BITS. THANKS!

Just get the .NET Framework from Microsoftspage.. they don’t include it because it doesn’t make sense.. Thats how easy it is

Hi… added the beta 3… running a vista business 32-bit… still having the rundll problem… HELP!!!!!!!
First att all I have NET framework. I have a VAIO with NVIDIA go 6400. When I install Vistaglazz SP1 Beta 3 all appear normal but when I try to use it don’t work. The transparency when the windows are full size don’t work and the vistaglazz themes don’t work properly.
Whoops! .NET framework was installed, it just wasn’t switched on in the control panel!

Hi… i do hope that the 64-bit version comes out… i was forced to stop using vista glazz since SP1 came out, but now that it’s working with SP1 32-bit i’m the one who’s on 64-bit.
Anyway, i do hope you come up with a 64-bit version as soon as the 32-bit one is polished.

As I say I have NET framework installed and is switched on… but vistaglazz SP 1 beta 3 still not work. You do a great work, and this is only a beta. Before vista sp1 vistaglazz work perfectly, and I sure it’s going to be the same when final version is out.
Hii, i have just downloaded VistaGlazz 1.1 Beta3, and after installing on the very first icon its soent showing me grey but its showing me a red cross marks and says that one or more system files are corrupted…. so wht should i do????

hi, installed the beta3 version and had ran into rundll32 problem. i had previously clicked patch any way and now i cant access my theme properties. rundll32 error is preventing me from accessing. pls help. any ways to restore?

Try with system restore. If it didn’t work, put the vista installation disc and choose repair your computer then choose restore Startup Repair or System Restore

When i run Vistaglazz sp1 Beta 3 it comes up with one or more of the VistaGlazz essential system files are corrupt please help
will be a sp1 beta 4 ? or a fully tested ?
