Microsoft has released Windows Vista Service Pack 2 
and as we’ve come to expect custom style are still not supported. Therefor it’s my great pleasure to announce the release of VistaGlazz 1.2. In this version we’ve changed the following:
- Windows Vista SP2 support
- Major changes to the patching technique
- Asynchronous (read: speedier) start-up
- Few bug fixes/optimizations to both installer/VistaGlazz
I’ve tested the new release with my trusty virtual machines (SP1 and SP2 in both x86 and x64), but the new patching technique of course might not for your specific system. Remember to create a system restore point before you start patching. Refer to the VistaGlazz help file for more information.
To everyone using an earlier version of VistaGlazz. You can uninstall your old version and install the new version. You don’t have to unpatch your system, the new and the old version are compatible.

i still have to reboot my system. its asked me to reboot my system everytime i load it. i rebooted it 4 times now and i have even done the try to fix system and reboot thing.
where to download version 1.2..
when i click to download latest version, it still download version 1.1.

trust me i know what im doing with computers. i DID fully install vista sp2. i DID uninstall the older vista glazz and then i installed vista glazz vr 1.2. still same problem. thanks you guys for working on this and keep updating it but what should i do. i was really looking forward to having it work again.

i have vista ultimate 64 sp 2, and i try to install vista glazz 1.2 over and over but still my system cannot be patched, I hope you can fix this problem, thanks……….

I love VistaGlazz to transparent Vista Title Bars.
after I installed SP2 on Vista SP1 i noticed all transparent by Vistaglazz 1.1 Beta 3 has been disappeared.
by refering to codegazer.com and see the new version is available i was so happy.
by downloading and installing new version 1.2 restating Vista SP2 all everything is OK now.
I am so happy vistaglazz is Free too.
